For the first time, we are offering a week of free fi tness classes. Classes included are Agebusters, Barre, Chair Yoga, Limber Up, Line Dancing, Mat Yoga, Slow Flow Yoga, Small Group Personal Training, Strength & Balance, Tai Chi, Yoga for Well Being, and Personalized Fitness Goals Presentation. This is an opportunity to meet our dedicated and skilled instructors who will present possibilities for a healthier life. An added bonus is that classes are a great way to meet people!
