Registered Dietician, Maggie Demock, will share tips to help you avoid the problems that can be caused by not having enough fl uids. As dietician at Evergreen, a Beaumont Affi liated Health and Rehabilitation Center, Maggie helps people maintain good health and she also runs her own blog, “Meals with Maggie.”
