Questions will be answered such as “How and why did the founders of Birmingham (Elijah Willits, John Hamilton, and John West Hunter) settle the wilderness in a location that has become some of the most valuable real estate in the nation?” and “What was their connection to each other, and why was the Saginaw Trail (Woodward Avenue) the key to their success?”
