Donn Paul Werling presents: Take a Sweetwater Journey into Two Great Stories that tell Michigan’s Story – a custommade mix of interactive folk songs, storytelling, historical role plays and music making that teach the origins of the State of Michigan’s historical strengths, achievements and tragedies. Professor Werling taught heritage interpretation for 20 years and is a graduate of MSU and the University of Michigan. This project is also funded in part by Michigan Humanities, an affiliate of the National Endowment for the Humanities and the Michigan Arts and Culture Council..
