Robert Sedler, Distinguished Professor of Law and Attorney - WSU
The emphasis of Professor Sedler’s lecture will be on how the Constitution, reflecting 18th century concepts of separation of powers and checks, and designed to operate without political parties, interacts with the strong two-party system that has emerged in the United States.
