There are many reasons why we can feel hungry. In this lecture Gail Posner, a registered dietician, will discuss these and offer suggestions for you to help control your hunger. Topics will include, hydration, timing of meals, balanced meals (protein, fat, complex carbohydrate, and fi ber), sugar, simple carbohydrate, sleep.
