Take part in low-impact, modified movements, from an instructional DVD that meets individual needs for toning, strengthening and improved physical, mental, emotional and cardiovascular health. Chair and standing exercises using aerobic steps, weights, stretch bands and foam balls offering a variety of fitness options.
