Fitness Assessment

Next meeting: Wednesday, June 17, 2026 | 10:00am-11:00am
Sign up for a 5-minute (or less) fitness assessment with instructor, Lynda Scott. Lynda will measure your current functional fitness using three or four basic tests: lower-extremity strength, upper-extremity strength, balance/walking skill and cardio endurance (optional). Each participant will be provided with a written assessment. Call the office or go online to register.
