NEW: MORNING FLOW YOGA with Caryn Ciagne

Caryn Ciagne, Concierge Wellness Coach and owner of CC Yoga will lead these new classes. C
A slow yet strong flow practice suitable for all who may be interested in expanding their yoga practice. This class will explore sun salutations, traditional standing postures, balance, seated and supine to strengthen, stretch and calm one’s presence to be ready for the day. Please bring a yoga mat, water for hydration, and optional towel, yoga blocks and strap.
