Oakland County Sheriff Michael Bouchard
Sheriff Bouchard will address issues surrounding incarceration in Oakland County and the State of Michigan. Sheriff will discuss fi nancial aspects of imprisonment including issues of insurance and privatization of services. He will discuss the innovative programming in the Oakland County Jail regarding mental health and opioid use as well as legislation Oakland County has helped to pass related to jails.
