Joe Valentine, Birmingham City Manager The City of Birmingham has a parking bond ballot proposal planned for August 6th that will fund the reconstruction of the North Old Woodward parking structure and extension of Bates Street from Willits to Old Woodward. This project will provide 400 additional parking spaces at no cost to Birmingham taxpayers. Residents are invited to come and learn about this new project, it's financing and details about the ballot proposal.
