Whether you register for the classes or not, join us to create a hoop that will fit your body and ability level. Materials and instruction provided by instructor. Waist Hooping Classes

Hooping is a fun way to work out, build coordination, confidence, community, and remove self-limiting beliefs. Not only is waist hooping fun, but it can also help you burn calories, shed fat and tone your muscles for a slim waist. Join instructor Danielle Odette for this latest addition to Next Fitness. Class may be held outdoors if weather permits. Class size is limited. Hoop Making Class not required for participation.
