This offering is at capacity. Please contact the office to be added to the wait list. Leader Dogs for the Blind is a nonprofit organization that has been providing independent travel to people who are blind through the use of Leader Dogs since its founding in 1939. Enjoy a docent led tour of the 75,000 square foot facility and view Leader Dogs in training. The center contains 255 housing suites, a veterinary clinic, separate gender breeding suites and puppy enrichment areas designed to reduce stress, promote learning, increase socialization and support the overall health of the dogs. This tour, lasting 1-1/2 hours, includes a video and a considerable amount of walking and standing. Enjoy lunch on your own first, at Camp Ticonderoga.
