Mahj 101: Beginner American Majong

Join Modern Mahj Michigan instructors here at Next for a fun, beginner-friendly introduction to American Mahjong! In this three-part series, you’ll learn the basics of the game, including tile recognition, how to read the National Mah Jongg League (NMJL) card, the Charleston, gameplay, strategy, and etiquette. Official NMJL playing cards will be available for purchase for $15 but is not required for the class.
