Understanding Fascism

Defining fascism has been a notoriously difficult task for historians and political scientists. This lecture will examine the historical roots of fascism as an ideology and how it developed in Europe in the early 20th century, in an attempt to define what it is, why it came to be, and what it is not. Dr. Moran has taught courses in intellectual history and political ideologies for over 45 years. This program is generously sponsored by American House Stone.
