Chef Chris McCardell, Schoolcraft Culinary School graduate, will share his expertise with an educational demonstration and fl avorful tasting. Watch as Chris gives a new
way to cook an old favorite, grilled chicken. Learn something new, sample the meal and take home a new recipe. Class size is limited to 20.
