Slow Flow Yoga - New!

This class is geared toward the physically active senior; new (or experienced) to yoga. Let your breath guide you safely through a series of traditional grounded and fl owing postures. Registered Yoga Instructor Jan Chaney will guide you in improving your fl exibility, balance and strength. Must be able to move easily from the fl oor, to kneeling and to standing. Bring a mat, towel and water to class.
