This class is geared toward the physically active senior; new (or experienced) to yoga. Let your breath guide you safely through a series of traditional grounded and ﬂ owing postures. Registered Yoga Instructor Jan Chaney will guide you in improving your ﬂ exibility, balance and strength. Must be able to move easily from the ﬂ oor, to kneeling and to standing. Bring a mat, towel and water to class.
