July 11 - LINCOLN With the nation embroiled in still another year with the high death count of Civil War, President Abraham Lincoln (Daniel Day-Lewis) brings the full measure of his passion, humanity and political skill to what would become his defining legacy: to end the war and permanently abolish slavery through the 13th Amendment. Having great courage, acumen and moral fortitude, Lincoln pushes forward to compel the nation, and those in government who oppose him, to aim toward a greater good for all mankind. July 18 - 500 DAYS OF SUMMER This is a story of a young man’s no-holds-barred love affair. Tom (Joseph Gordon-Levitt) still believes in the notion of a transforming, cosmically destined, lightning-strikes-once kind of love. Summer, the girl (Zooey Deschanel), doesn’t. But that doesn’t stop Tom from going after her, again and again, like a modern Don Quixote. Suddenly, Tom is in love not just with a lovely, witty, intelligent woman but with the very idea of Summer, the very idea of a love that still has the power to shock the heart and stop the world. August 1 - KEEP ON KEEPIN’ ON A documentary that follows jazz legend trumpeter, Clark Terry over four years, documenting the mentorship between Terry and 23-year-old blind piano prodigy, Justin Kauflin, as he prepares to compete in an elite, international competition. Rated R for language 1 hour 24 minutes

August 8 - SWEET HOME ALABAMA New York fashion designer Melanie (Reese Witherspoon) suddenly finds herself engaged to the city’s most eligible bachelor. But Melanie’s past holds many secrets, including Jake (Josh Lucas), the redneck husband she married in high school, who refuses to divorce her. Bound and determined to end their relationship once and for all, Melanie sneaks back home to Alabama to confront her past, only to discover that you can take the girl out of the South, but you can’t take the South out of the girl. August 15 - MAMA MIA Donna (Meryl Streep), an independent hotelier in the Greek islands, is preparing for her daughter’s wedding with the help of two old friends. Meanwhile Sophie, the spirited bride, has a plan. She secretly invites three men from her mother’s past in hope of meeting her real father and having him escort her down the aisle on her big day. Rated PG 1 hour 49 minutes

August 22 - SUNSHINE SUPERMAN A heart-racing documentary portrait of Carl Boenish, the father of the BASE jumping movement, whose early passion for skydiving led him to ever more spectacular-and dangerous-feats of foot-launched human fl ight. Rated PG 1 hour 40 minutes
