This yoga inspired barre class will begin with gentle stretching, and a focus on breathing. We will move to the barre and continue into gentle stretches, and balance positions.Instructor: Karen Lutz, E-RYT. The sessions will end seated in the chair to wind down the practice, and end with 5 minutes of
seated meditation. First try complimentary.
