FOUNDATION TRAINING 3 consecutive week class series: Thursdays, March 9,16, and 23 from 1:00 to 2:00 pm Foundation Training redefines your core and gives you new tools to conquer back pain and move with more confidence.Learn to shift focus from the front of your body to the back.By strengthening the back portion of your body and correcting poor movement patterns, you will move with confidence and strength while improving your posture. Certified Foundation Training Instructor Lori Harbour, is an AFAA certified instructor with 25+ years of group exercise experience and an Older Adult specialty certification. Participants must feel comfortable getting up/down from the floor. Performed barefoot. Please bring a mat and water.
