Barre Class - Standing
In this all standing class, we will use the barre, and move into gentle stretches, gain flexibility and strengthen in balance positions.Move with your own range of motion, and at your own pace. Instructor: Karen Lutz, E-RYT. First try complimentary.
Classes sold in packs of ten..do not need to be used consecutively.
